[Jakarta, Indonesia – Wednesday, 11 June 2025] – PT Nusatama Berkah Tbk successfully held its General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS) and Public Expose (PUBEX) for the fiscal year 2024, highlighting the company’s performance achievements, strategic initiatives, and future roadmap.
During the GMS session, shareholders approved the company’s audited financial statements for the fiscal year 2024, profit appropriation, accountability for the use of proceeds from the public offering, and the appointment of a public accountant for the 2025 audit. Shareholders also approved key corporate governance items, including the remuneration for the Board of Directors and Commissioners.
During the Public Expose, the management of PT Nusatama Berkah Tbk presented the company’s financial and operational performance, including major milestones achieved in 2024 and strategic plans for 2025 and beyond. Key topics included the development of its EV truck assembly line, the strengthening of special vehicle manufacturing capabilities through establishment of PT Pilar Pratama Dinamika focused on after-sales services and rentals, and its efforts to support green technology and sustainable transportation in Indonesia.
